VMware Horizon -VDI VDM

Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation: Design implement and maintain VDI solutions using VMware products like VMware Horizon and vSphere.
Configuration Management: Configure VDI environments including virtual machines templates and user profiles.
System Maintenance: Install operating systems service packs security patches and bug fixes.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues within the VMware environment ensuring minimal downtime.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to endusers and document VMware processes and procedures.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure the VDI environment is optimized for efficiency and reliability.
Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect the VDI environment from threats.
