Summary :

Workday Senior Consultant: Work intently with the client to understand requirements and design develop configure and test the solution with the support of the lead functional consultant. Handson subject matter expert in the Workday HCM suite should be able to specialize and extending their skill set within one or more functional areas.

Details :

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Proficient in the Workday and its all 19 SKUs and the product Ecosystem of the 3^rd Party APIs relevant partners etc.
• Subject matter expert in Workday application related to two or more of the following products: Security Core HCM Benefits Compensation Talent Management Time and Attendance Absence Management Payroll Integration and/or Analytics and Reporting
• Provides workday solution design to client on their various HR process translating their Business requirements in to Workday finctionalities and workflows
• Provides daily operational support and incident troubleshooting to identify root causes and deliver solutions; detect and resolve problems designing and implementing configuration changes and monitor application performance
• Configures customizes and integrates Workday with other internal systems like SAP AssignmentPro ServiceNow etc.
• Develops deep domain knowledge by understanding Chevron business processes
• Understands business requirements and translates business needs into fitforpurpose actionable plans and solutions
• Participates actively in an integrated DevOps Team utilizing Agile methodologies with strong continuous improvement focus
• Communicates and responds promptly to production issues and project work
• Strong customer focus
• Starts or maintains support documentations
• Supports the software development lifecycle and maintains IP Compliance on systems and software as appropriate
