Team Overview:
Business Analytics (BA) team is a lean cross functional analytics team that collaborates with different teams in Sales & Marketing organization; Sales Fleet TCUV Vehicle marketing and communications Incentives and Digital marketing teams. The Marketing Analytics team a subset of Business Analytics aims to provide centralized access to data stitched together from disparate sources deliver data analytics solutions and generate insights to enable data driven business decisions across advertising marketing and digital domains across the customer journey. We are seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Senior Analyst to join our growing team of analytics professionals to develop new and effective ways for our stakeholders to leverage data to drive performance.
Responsibilities:
Leverage data to gain insights into trends user behavior and user pathing to drive our digital marketing strategies.
Take various sources of data and condense it down to a coherent story with a clear conclusion and actionable insights.
Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the SME for web analytics!
Contribute to building an analytics strategy and elevate the analytics platform to achieve a datadriven digital marketing culture.
Data analysis for web projects A/B and multivariate testing and ad hoc requests
Oversee tag management services and maintain integrity across multiple sources of data.
Partner with multiple vendors to implement analytics requirements.
User acceptance testing of Adobe tags and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes (data validation etc.) on various platforms.
Communicate project status risks dependencies and roadblocks for technical audiences and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of web analytics experience
Strong Adobe marketing cloud experience is required (Workspace Report Builder Data Warehouse Target etc.)
Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Mathematics Computer Science or Statistics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Implementation experience with analytics platforms such as a web reporting tool and tag management software preferred.
Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with business intelligence tools a plus
Experience with offline/online data integration is a plus.
Up to date with current analytics trends and tools
Critical thinker who can problem solve
Excellent communication skills; proven written and oral presentation skills
Can multitask and quickly adapt to changing/conflicting priorities
Ability to work independently and is a motivated selfstarter.
Detailoriented and organized.
