Job Description

Help design a seamless process to resolve cases

Draft suitable settlement agreements / arbitral awards and related work

Drafting/ review of contract including developing templates

Responsible for keeping abreast with changes in applicable laws intimating
the relevant stakeholders and ensuing appropriate measures are initiated
within the statutory / reasonable timeline
