Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating systemlevel. Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. Configure services on various platforms and implement technology at the operating systemlevel. Troubleshoot at both basic and intermediate levels to ensure smooth operations. Resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures. Provide hardware and software support across all server and network areas. Work with specific software solutions/vendors/brands as required. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design Backup and Recovery Systems. Strong understanding of data backup and recovery processes. Familiarity with server and network configurations. Knowledge of operating systems and software solutions. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration. This position is based at our Pune office. An Any Graduate degree is required.
