Tareas
- Handled inbound calls from Dutch and English speaking clients.
- Process and manage orders invoices and documentation.
- Upsell and crosssell products/services during customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate data and prepare reports.
- Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities.
Requisitos
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in administration customer support or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail.
