Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Specialist to join our team asap. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce platform development administration and implementation. Candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices tools and techniques to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Configure Salesforce features and functionalities based on business requirements including creating custom objects fields workflows validation rules and more.
• User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users including troubleshooting issues and providing training sessions to enhance user adoption.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular maintenance data imports exports and cleaning activities. Use tools like Data Loader for data migration.
• Process Automation: Design and implement automation processes using Salesforce tools like Process Builder Flow and Workflow rules.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key business metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Integration: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
• Security Management: Manage user profiles roles permissions and security settings to ensure proper data access and security compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure the organization leverages the platforms full potential.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including Sales Marketing Customer Service and IT to align Salesforce functionality with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable.
• Experience: 8 years of handson experience with Salesforce including configuration customization and administration.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce tools such as Process Builder Flow Lightning App Builder Apex Visualforce and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing Salesforce solutions in a specific industry (e.g. finance healthcare retail).
• Experience with thirdparty tools such as Salesforce CPQ Pardot or Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative team environment.
