Job Description
A Leading real estate and construction company based in Bangalore is seeking a skilled and detailoriented CAD Draftsman with 25 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting with proficiency in creating accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop precise architectural drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD Revit etc.).
- Collaborate with architects engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet specified criteria.
- Modify and update existing designs as per project requirements and feedback from the design team.
- Create detailed layouts elevations and section drawings for construction projects.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and maintain accurate records of all designs.
- Coordinate with the construction team to resolve any issues or discrepancies in the drawings during the execution phase.
- Participate in site visits and meetings as required to gather necessary information for accurate drafting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field.
- 23 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD Revit and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce highquality work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Bangalore is a plus.
