Role: Project Manager for electrical projects
Responsibilities include planning organizing and coordinating activities related to design installation testing and commissioning of electrical projects
Collaborate with internal teams subcontractors suppliers and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
Respond to customer needs resolve project issues and promote company values
Manage overall project schedule and documentation
Facilitate and coordinate work with subcontractors and internal divisions
Manage Change Order Request estimating negotiating and implementation
Ensure project and Company safety measures are followed
Provide accurate project manpower projections and manage field workforce
Coordinate major project buyouts with PreAward and Supply Chain
Manage day to day tasks of assigned Project Engineers and provide training and leadership
Coordinate with other departments such as PreAward Engineering and Project Accounting
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial electrical industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory or project management role
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components as well as Last Planner on healthcare system in California
Strong computer skills math and deductive reasoning skills and letter writing skills
Physical requirements include ability to communicate verbally hear sit for long periods lift and carry at least 10 pounds walk and stand use fingers and hands and occasionally stoop kneel and crouch
