Role: SAP SD OTC
Location: Austin TX/ Sunnyvale CA Onsite
Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP SD Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP SD to support the endtoend OrdertoCash (OTC) process including sales order management delivery billing and pricing.
- OTC Process Expertise: Implement and optimize the entire OTC cycle ensuring seamless integration between sales order processing shipping invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- System Design & Implementation: Design and implement solutions based on business needs customizing SAP SD to meet the specific requirements of the OrdertoCash process.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct testing (unit testing integration testing UAT) to ensure the system works as expected and meets business requirements.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to resolve issues in the SD module including order processing invoicing pricing and billing.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for configurations customizations and testing results to ensure system integrity and transparency.
- Integration: Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g. MM FI WM) and external systems to ensure smooth integration with SAP SD.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to endusers on SAP SD processes and functionality to ensure proper usage and compliance.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize SAP SD processes to improve system performance user efficiency and data accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 46 years of handson experience in SAP SD with a focus on the OrdertoCash (OTC) process.
- SAP SD Configuration: Strong experience in configuring SAP SD components including sales order management delivery billing pricing and credit management.
- OTC Process Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the OrdertoCash cycle including integration with other SAP modules (MM FI WM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP customization including user exits BADIs and custom reporting.
- Business Knowledge: Ability to understand and map business requirements into SAP SD configurations to improve business processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problemsolving abilities and experience in troubleshooting SDrelated issues.
- Testing & Documentation: Experience in performing system testing (unit and integration) and maintaining clear concise documentation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and providing training to endusers.
- SAP Certification (Optional): SAP SD certification is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with integration between SAP SD and SAP CRM.
- Knowledge of advanced pricing rebates and SAP SD billing configurations.
