Job Description
*Effective 6/24/2024 any candidates presented to Brattleboro Retreat that live within 35 miles of the facility will be subject to a 10% rate decrease. Please include the candidates address or drivers license in the submission packet.
Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Provides clinical supervision of MHWs to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care. The CoOccurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24hour care in a safe and nurturing environment thats designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery.
Our treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while also managing cooccurring psychiatric issues (such as Depression Bipolar Disorder Anxiety Disorders etc.). The CoOccurring Disorders treatment team specializes in providing highquality intervention medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal stabilization and the education needed to ensure a strong and successful recovery.
Requirement description :
- 5 years of experience as an LPN required (recent experience must be within the last 3 months) REQUIRED
- Psych/Behavioral Health experience and age groups must be listed on the resume REQUIRED
- Must have LGBQT psych experience listed in resume REQUIRED
- Must be willing to float to other units and take charge LPN shifts REQUIRED
- Will consider first time travelers
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Resume with psych experience and age groups listed Ex. Psych RN Facility (AGE GROUP/POPULATION) DATES
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days (RTO will not be approved for 12/221/5 no exceptions)
- Psych skills checklist (within the last year)
- 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
- Certifications certifications don t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
- License confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain (please include this in the profile)
- Drivers license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease)

- Vermont
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be willing and eligible to obtain
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend
