Job Description

Assists the surgeon during the operative procedure. Maintains a safe and aseptic environment in the Operating Room area.
Requirement description :

Must have completed a Surgical Technology program or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a surgical tech or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech preferred.
General Surgery Orthopedic experience Required

Profile Requirements:

Work History
Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty
2 Supervisory References from the past 12 months of employment
License/Certifications (NBSTSA Required & BLS Facility will not pend license/certs)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

BLS
NBSTSA

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : One Full Weekend Per Month
On Call Requirements : 6 Call Shifts/Mo
