Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Forks WA 98331
Assignment Start Date: 1/6/2025
12 weeks Varied 810hr shift 40 hours per week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.Administers and directs the examination evaluation and determination of a physical therapy diagnosis rehabilitation prognosis and procedural interventions utilized in physical medicine and rehabilitation of persons requiring Physical Therapy services following a medical screening and referral by a physician within the licensure requirements of the State of Washington.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have at least 1 year of previous PT experience
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- A current and valid license to practice as a PT in Washington state is required.
EMR System: Meditech knowledge/experience preferred
Shift: (5) 8Hour Shifts 85 pm MF
