Job Description
We have a requirement for a Deputy General Manager at our Khadoli Factory. The job description/ requirements are as follows:
Will be required to oversee the overall operations of our plastics moulding/packaging unit at Khadoli
Will be required to look at both technical and commercial aspects of the plant
Will be required to motivate and ensure the team under him is working properly
Will be reporting directly to owners of the company
Should have at least 15 years of managerial experience at a good company in the same industry
Should be at least 45 years of age
Should have experience in dealing with labour and labour contractors
Should have knowledge of ERP systems and stock management
Should be able to prepare the necessary MIS reports and give management a commercial overview
Should have at least basic technical knowledge of injection moulding and extrusion
Should be able to do basic government Liaoning work
Will be required to relocate to Silvassa
