Job Description

Candidate Profile:

MBA in Sales or marketing preferred with min 10years exp in sales and min 5 years exp in RSM/ State Head role

Strong experience of leading Large team

Experience of working min 2 different areas in the state.

Demonstrated experience w.r.t handling very large number of Direct dealers

Preferably from the building materials industry

Exhaustive touring profile 1215 days minimum

Job Profile Deliver HexaGon Performance for the Assigned Area through available Resources (SalesOutstandingRotationDiscounts Range & Reach ) Plan budget implement & review sales strategies and achieve stated results reliably and sustainably Create AnnualQuarter and monthly business plans(Sales Business Development KRAs) at area and territory level and ensure accomplishment Ensure People development agenda (Plan and Delivery) using IGP Tool for each team member.Ensure correct and timely implementation of IOUR PMS PIP IGP TABLE ; Joint DO & DEMONSTRATE
