ServiceNow Architect (Telecom Domain TSM/OMT/CPQ)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in the Telecommunications domain and handson experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ).

The ideal candidate will drive architecture and design decisions for telecomspecific ServiceNow implementations ensuring scalable highperforming solutions that align with both technical and business objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technology and business needs leading digital transformation initiatives within the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
-
Lead the architectural design and development of ServiceNow solutions focused on Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ).

Develop scalable and sustainable architecture strategies that align with business requirements and ensure longterm platform success.

Define and design the integration architecture between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g. CRM ERP) within the telecom environment.
Telecommunications Domain Expertise:

Leverage deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry including network services order management customer support and billing systems to drive effective ServiceNow implementations.

Work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex telecomspecific needs into ServiceNow solutions optimizing business processes and service delivery.
ServiceNow Expertise:

Serve as the primary ServiceNow subject matter expert (SME) leading the design configuration and implementation of TSM OMT and CPQ modules.

Ensure that the ServiceNow platform aligns with industry best practices is properly governed and adheres to security and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with development teams to create highquality customized ServiceNow applications that meet business requirements.
Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

Oversee the development of solution blueprints technical specifications and documentation for ServiceNow implementations.
-
Mentor junior architects and technical teams fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Integration & Optimization:

Design and implement robust integration solutions that connect ServiceNow with other key systems within the telecom environment such as OSS/BSS CRM and billing systems.

Lead optimization efforts to improve platform performance scalability and user experience ensuring that the ServiceNow platform supports telecomspecific use cases.
Stakeholder Management:

Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and operational challenges translating these into actionable architectural roadmaps.

Present architecture designs and technical strategies to senior management ensuring buyin and alignment with business priorities.

Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business teams guiding decisionmaking and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience:
-
10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer with a strong focus on the Telecommunications domain.

Proven experience with ServiceNow modules including TSM OMT and CPQ with a successful track record of implementing largescale telecom solutions.

Indepth knowledge of telecomspecific processes including order management service management network operations and billing.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture including design configuration and integration with external systems.

Deep understanding of telecommunications industry challenges standards and best practices.

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to design innovative and scalable solutions.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Strong Expertise on ServiceNow architecture and data model

Experienced with Table and field structures

Experienced with Business rules workflows and approvals

Experienced with Scripting (JavaScript Groovy etc.)

Experienced with Integration with external systems (REST SOAP etc.)
Information Architecture Skills:

Strong understanding of information architecture principles includingTaxonomy and ontology Content modeling and metadata and User experience (UX) & user interface (UI) design.
