React Native OTT

As React Native & OTT Application Senior Developer:
Develop the design and implementation of visually stunning and userfriendly OTT frontend interfaces for Amazon applications on Amazon OTT streaming devices.
Ensure seamless integration with backend services and thirdparty APIs.
Demonstrate expertise in Smart TV frontend development on platforms like LG WebOS Samsung Tizen Amazon Fire TV Devices and Android TVs.
Optimize user interfaces for different screen sizes and resolutions.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate design specifications into functional and engaging Smart TV interfaces.
Provide input on design feasibility and recommend improvements for optimal user experience.
Identify and implement strategies for optimizing frontend performance responsiveness and overall user experience.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure consistent performance across various Smart TV models.
Ensure crossplatform compatibility by testing and debugging React Native applications on different devices and platforms.
Collaborate with the backend development team to address any integration challenges.
Uphold high coding standards and conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the development team to implement best practices for frontend development.
Create and maintain documentation for frontend development processes including coding standards best practices and guidelines.
Provide training and guidance to junior developers on frontend development techniques.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must Have:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
At least 57 years of experience in OTT application development with atleast 23 years in React Native development and atleast 6 months experience in React Native 0.72 version.
Proficiency in development of web technologies using React Native and having fair knowledge on HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and relevant frameworks/libraries.
Experience with frontend development on Smart TV platforms such as LG WebOS Samsung Tizen Amazon Fire TV Devices and Sony Android TVs.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex frontend issues.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a frontend development team.

PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience of working in Media and Communication / broadcast business domain
