Key Responsibilities:

1. Rules Development and Management : Design and Implement business rules and decision logic using IBM ODM. Collaborate with clinical experts to translate clinical guidelines and protocols into decision services.
2. System Integration : Integrate ODM solutions with other clinical systems (Electronic Health Records Care Management and Other Healthcare IT systems). Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability between ODM and existing clinical applications.
3. Customization and Optimization : Customize ODM solutions to meet specific clinical needs and requirements Optimize decision services for performance scalability and reliability.
4. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with clinical product owner IT teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that ODM solutions align with clinical workflows Provide training and support to end users on the use of ODM applications.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing integration testing and performance testing of ODM solutions. Ensure compliance with Clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Technical skills : Proficiency in IBM ODM (rule authoring decision modeling rule execution). Strong knowledge of Java J2EE and webservices. Experience with SQL and relational database. Familiarity with integration technologies e.g. REST SOAP
