Job Description
Job Title: PeopleSoft Financial Architect (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of PeopleSoft Financials solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain architectural artifacts including highlevel and detailed design documents for PeopleSoft Financial modules.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams ensuring best practices in the customization configuration and integration of PeopleSoft Financials.
- Collaborate with business analysts finance teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft Financials and other enterprise systems ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables by following established coding standards and best practices.
- Monitor system performance identify areas for improvement and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PeopleSoft Financials modules.
- Stay current with the latest PeopleSoft Financials features industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the architecture and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Experience in PeopleSoft Financials architecture design and implementation.
- Extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Management and Project Costing.
- Strong expertise in PeopleSoft Integration Tools including Application Engine Component Interface PeopleCode and Integration Broker.
- Proficient in SQL PL/SQL and relational database concepts.
- Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades patches and fixes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and financial system integration patterns.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- PeopleSoft certification is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
