Job Description
Job Title: Data Management Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Collect validate and manage large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data management processes ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends anomalies and insights that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement data solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Create and maintain data documentation including data dictionaries models and workflows.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide support and training to endusers on data management tools and best practices.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Information Management Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in data management data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g. SQL Excel Tableau Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with data governance and data quality management practices.
- Experience in database management systems and data warehousing solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to data management (e.g. GDPR HIPAA) is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
