Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the India and many other countries inthe world. The below client is a subsidiary of Client Motor Company for its operations in India and its Head Quarter is in Sholinganallur Chennai Tamil Nadu. This Client also has integrated manufacturing facilities in Sanand Gujarat.
Job Title: Specialty Development Senior
Location: Chennai TN 600119
Duration: 12Months
Work Type: Onsite
Position Description:
- SAP PO Consultant with over 8 years of experience.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Process Orchestration (SAP PO) and possess a proven track record of successfully designing implementing and managing complex integration solutions.
- Knowledge of agile development practices
- Experience in application support
- Should be a team player with good communication skills
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience with integration development including working with adapters (IDoc SOAP REST JDBC File SFTP etc.) and protocols (XML JSON HTTP FTP AS2).
- Strong proficiency in Java scripting with experience in developing userdefined functions and adapter modules.
- Solid understanding of SAP CRM modules and integration points.
- Experience with SAP BPM and BRM for business process automation and rules management.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices in data integration.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and integrating SAP systems with cloudbased applications.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Skills Preferred:
- Programming Skills Since SAP PO uses Javabased adapters and modules proficiency in Java programming is advantageous
- Skills in JavaScript and XML transformations for message mapping
- Understanding BPM concepts and experience with BPM tools can help in designing and optimizing workflows.
- Knowledge of data security standards encryption techniques and compliance regulations especially for handling sensitive data during integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (like Jenkins Git) for continuous integration and deployment.
- Experience working in Agile environments for iterative development and quick adaptation to changes
- SAP certification in SAP PO or related areas is a plus.
Experience Required:
- 58 years
Experience Preferred:
- Document integration designs configurations and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and facilitate future enhancements.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all integration solutions comply with company security policies and industry standards.
- Implement security protocols such as SSL/TLS and data encryption to protect sensitive information.
Education Required:
- BE / MCA / MBA (IT/Systems)
