Job Description:
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in working with difference Nuance dialog modules including OSDMNDM
- Experience in with working with different application frameworks like Genesys StudioGenesys Composer SAP VXML Framework PTP and NDF.
- Experience in working Genesys mobile engagement and Genesys ORS. Design and developed application using SCXML
- Genesys installation and configuration experience from versions 5.x through 8.x.
- Expert level knowledge on Management Framework Enterprise Routing OCS GVP and WDE.
- Experience in building routing strategy to meet routing and reporting needs. Implementedskills based routing across different business units.
- Genesys Certified Professional preferred
- Computer Science Degree preferred
