Indepth knowledge of the IT industry and data analytics skills including technology stacks programming languages and emerging trends.
Deep understanding of the Indian IT job market including key technology trends skill sets in demand and salary benchmarks.
Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and stakeholders.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
