Job Description
- Responsibility service calls Excellence
- Knowledge on UPS Specially with > 20KVA and above.
- Installations and commissioning of UPS AHF LIB & LV electrical products.
- Handled projects Like DATA CENTER CLIENT from starting to ending of assigned project PM & Breakdown.
- Maintain the TAT/RT/CSAT with on time closures in the system.
- Knowledge in Installation and commissioning on all Vertiv model UPS.
- Work closely with customer in daytoday activities to enhance customer satisfactions
- Have good communication skills and good coordination within the team.
- 24/7 technical support for client on operational maintenance.
- Analyze identifying and understanding the customer requirements.
- RCA of product failure need to solve all technical issues at site.
- Maintaining all documents and handle all vendor properly
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics
