Schedule will be fulltime working a 3x12 shift with rotating Saturdays.
Duties Include:
- Cultivating meaningful relationships with patients/clients to enhance the practicepatient experience.
- Providing comprehensive education to prospective patients on Hereditary Cancer Testing.
- Guiding patients through the testing process addressing any inquiries with expertise and care.
- Facilitating transparent discussions on costs and coverage options.
- Elevating the overall customer service experience for our discerning clientele.
- Collaborating on strategic marketing initiatives and outreach programs.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated success in consultative medical or luxury sales (Minimum 2 years of experience).
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and/or sales consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets (Minimum 2 years of experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
- Outstanding phone and customer service skills with a high comfort level in handling rejections.
- Selfmotivated and disciplined capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
- Selfdriven articulate and adept at quickly mastering complex information.
- A team player with a keen ability to excel both independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional customer service acumen and a compassionate demeanor.
- Eagerness to acquire knowledge of medical procedures terminology and advanced technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software including Word Excel and Outlook.
- Bachelors or associates degree preferred.
