Job Description
Skill set:
- 36 Experience in industrial automation including networking and communication protocols
- Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA platform V79 and 8x
- CygNet knowledge will have added advantage
- Database Development and Management SQL Server
- Protocol RS232 RS485 Ethernet TCPIP MQTT
- OPC OPCUA
- Comfortable in Communication protocols Ethernet TCPIP UDP HTTP Serial Modbus RTU and TCPIP OPC and secure communication protocols HTTPS SFTP and SSL
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of Industrial Control Systems and Operational Technology fundamentals including but not limited to
- Distributed control systems DCS and supervisory control data acquisition SCADA architecture
- Leading IT and OT security practices
- Security technologies such as firewalls Industrial Control Systems IPS endpoint security solutions access control systems and other related security technologies within ICS environment
- Operational technologies such as Programmable Logic Controllers PLCs Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition SCADA software and Distributed Control Systems DCS
- Understanding of network Infrastructure and network
- Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high priority tickets P1P2 investigation and resolution
- Provides assistance to the hardware support team for applications or processes
- Should be conversant with ITIL process ServiceAsset management
- Coordination with various teams such as customer OEM Infra security teams
- Reporting weekly and monthly
- Agile process knowledge and Azure DevOPs board update
