Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Application Programmer to develop and configure a custom .NET project provide technical guidance conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with state technology standards. The role requires collaboration with state personnel active participation in Scrum ceremonies and delivering technical training and documentation. The ideal candidate will monitor software performance implement improvements and handle additional tasks as directed with a strong emphasis on data protection security policy adherence and full compliance with all contractual obligations
Responsibilities:

Designs codes compiles tests debugs and documents new and existing web applications maintenance and support of existing applications.

Monitor review and audit performance of the customeragencys replacement software and make performance improvements.

Provide technical knowledge transfer training and documentation to OTS and CustomerAgency staff for all requested work.

Participates by providing feedback and detailed design and implementation approaches in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.

Performs all other tasks special projects analysis studies and plans as directed.
Qualifications:
-
Development administration & configuration of a custombuilt .NET development project

Provide technical knowledge transfer training documentation mentorship and guidance to State personnel for all requested work

Provide oversight and guidance of the customeragencys replacement software and make performance improvements
-
Perform code reviews and testing on new code
-
Participates in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies

Cooperation with LDWFs Technical Architect to ensure compliance with OTS standards of State applications

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
-
Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:
-
C#
-
ASP.NET Core
-
MSSQL
-
-
Five (5) plus years enterpriselevel software development.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
-
Prior experience or familiarity with Oracle APEX Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
-
Has led a team of developers under Microsoft development stack
-
Has previous experience working on accounting based projects
-
Familiarity with frameworks such as Vue React NodeJS Angular Typescript
-
Experience designing and developing distributed systems (Microservices/SOA)
-
Experience developing reports with SSRS or similar tools
-
Experience setting up maintaining and using DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automating tasks
-
Experience with the Git Version Control System including branching strategies for complex systems
