Job Description
As a Customer Service and Admin Assistant you ll be the vital link between our exciting tour offerings and our diverse international clientele. You ll manage customer inquiries support business operations and contribute to the company s expansion strategies. This role offers a unique blend of customer interaction and administrative duties allowing you to develop a wide range of skills in the vibrant tourism sector. You ll work with cuttingedge digital tools help shape business processes and be instrumental in elevating the customer experience for a growing Australian brand.
Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to customer emails and calls providing detailed information about tours and bookings
- Manage and organize digital files using Google Workspace to improve information accessibility
- Assist in creating and updating training materials for new and existing staff
- Contribute to the development of efficient business systems and processes
- Support general administrative tasks crucial for smooth business operations
- Collaborate with team members across different office locations to ensure consistent service delivery
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and adaptability to new digital tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM schedule
- Previous experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus but not required
