Job Title : Senior AWS Database architect (MySQL & Aurora DB)
Location: Remote

Requirement:

Client is looking for a to analyze and performance tuning the environment supporting their core enrolment platform.
JD
- Indepth knowledge of MySQL 8/Aurora 3.05 memory architecture and configuration
- Experience with AWS Aurora MySQLspecific configurations including instance types and parameter group settings
- Proficient using AWS CloudWatch AWS RDS Performance Insights and MySQL performance schema for analysis of instance metrics
- Experience in performance tuning for web applications with low latency/high concurrency requirements
- Understanding of multitenant and multiinstance design patterns
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex database issues
- Scripting skills (Bash Python Perl or similar) to construct and run test scenarios
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with development teams DBAs and AWS Support
