Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated Litigation Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services within the realm of civil litigation. Join a dynamic team where your expertise and commitment to excellence will drive successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Role
- Assist with all phases of litigation including but not limited to trial proceedings discovery motion practice and transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.
- Draft pleadings motions briefs and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Participate in deposition witness preparation and court appearances as required.
- Coordinate caserelated tasks and schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.
- Maintain detailed case records and ensure strict confidentiality in all client matters.
Qualifications for the Associate Position
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the applicable state.
- Preferred 25 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong research analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Detailoriented and committed to maintaining high standards of professional conduct.
Preferred Litigation Skills
- Experience with ediscovery and case management software is a plus.
- Proven ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and procedural nuances.
Compensation and Benefits Package
- Salary range of $260000 $365000 based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
