Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Litigation Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services within the realm of civil litigation. Join a dynamic team where your expertise and commitment to excellence will drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Role

  • Assist with all phases of litigation including but not limited to trial proceedings discovery motion practice and transactions.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Draft pleadings motions briefs and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Participate in deposition witness preparation and court appearances as required.
  • Coordinate caserelated tasks and schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.
  • Maintain detailed case records and ensure strict confidentiality in all client matters.

Qualifications for the Associate Position

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the applicable state.
  • Preferred 25 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Strong research analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Detailoriented and committed to maintaining high standards of professional conduct.

Preferred Litigation Skills

  • Experience with ediscovery and case management software is a plus.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and procedural nuances.

Compensation and Benefits Package

  • Salary range of $260000 $365000 based on year classification.
  • Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
