Responsabilitats:

• Neteja de laboratoris: Retirada de tot tipus residus dels laboratoris paper plstic vidre envasos buits... Responsabilitat compartida.
• Gesti residus: Emmagatzemar els residus a les zones corresponents i prepararho per la seva retirada. Responsabilitat compartida.
• Gesti administrativa: Ens dabsncia del Manager saber fer les tasques administratives bsiques: treure les comandes del SAP escanejar el albarans i gestionar les entregues de les mercaderies. Responsabilitat compartida.
• Recepci de mercaderies: Gestionar totes les mercaderies que arriben al centre reactius dissolvents gasos equips... Per emmagatzemar o entregar als laboratoris. Responsabilitat compartida.
• Distribuci mercaderies als laboratoris: Entregar totes les mercaderies als laboratoris. Responsabilitat compartida.
• Gesti serveis: Collocaci dampolles de gasos a les installacions o laboratoris. Subministrament N2 i gesti Dry Ice. Responsabilitat compartida.
• Suport esdeveniments: Collocaci cadires taules i panells per als esdeveniments. Responsabilitat compartida.

• Suport altres departaments: Ajudar quan sigui precs a altres departaments en tasques excepcionals. Responsabilitat compartida.
• Gesti equips obsolets: Retirada guarda i custodia dels equips obsolets fins la seva retirada.
• Atenci al usuari: Atendre i resoldre dubtes que pugui tenir el personal respecte la logstica de lICIQ. Responsabilitat compartida.

Requisits:

• Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior.
• Experincia mnima de 2 anys operari de magatzems
• Coneixements en manipulaci de productes qumics.

Qualitats i habilitats valorades:

• Competncies tcniques: Domini de catal i castell domini de Microsoft Office (Word i Excel).
• Competncies clau: Comproms amb lorganitzaci adaptaci al canvi.
• Competncies transferibles: Capacitat de decisi treball cooperatiu capacitat daprenentatge polivalncia tolerncia a las rutina automotivaci i iniciativa.

• Preselecci: El procs de preselecci es basar en la qualificaci i lexpertesa reflectides en el currculum dels candidats. Aquesta fase es basa en mrits.
• Entrevista: Els candidats preseleccionats seran entrevistats pel responsable de contractaci del lloc i el Comit de Selecci designat.

The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking an auxiliary to work part time at the Logistics unit.

ICIQ is one of the worlds internationally recognized leading institutions in the field of chemistry committed to solving major social and economic challenges by conducting top quality research in three main areas: Sustainable Catalysis Renewable Energy and Health. ICIQ is looking for parttime auxiliary to work in the Logistics unit.

Responsibilities:

• Laboratory cleaning: Removal of all types of waste from laboratories paper plastic glass empty containers... Shared responsibility.
• Waste management: Store waste in the corresponding areas and prepare it for removal. Shared responsibility.
• Administrative management: Absence of the Manager knowing how to do basic administrative tasks: taking orders out of the SAP scanning the delivery notes and managing the deliveries of the goods. Shared responsibility.
• Goods reception: Manage all the goods that arrive at the centre reagents solvents gases equipment etc. To store or deliver to laboratories. Shared responsibility.
• Distribution of goods to laboratories: Deliver all goods to laboratories. Shared responsibility.
• Service management: Placement of gas bottles in facilities or laboratories. N2 supply and Dry Ice management. Shared responsibility.
• Event support: Placement of chairs tables and panels for events. Shared responsibility.
• Support other departments: Assist other departments when needed in exceptional tasks. Shared responsibility.
• Obsolete equipment management: Removal storage and custody of obsolete equipment until its removal.
• User service: Attend to and resolve doubts that staff may have regarding the logistics of the ICIQ. Shared responsibility.

Requirements:

• Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior.
• Minimum experience of 2 years warehouse operator.
• Knowledge in handling chemical products.

Valued qualities:

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Key competences: Commitment to the organisation adaptation to change.

ICIQs selection process usually entails the following phases:
