Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Senior Legal Counsel
Sector: Industry
Start Date: January 2024
Duration: 12 months
Utilization: 100%
Location: Zurich
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply contracts service agreements licensing agreements and distribution agreements
- Advise on and manage corporate governance matters including board and shareholder matters entity structuring corporate compliance and group policies
- Assist with the establishment and maintenance of corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions advising on group structuring financing arrangements and legal entity management
- Provide legal support for marketing initiatives including digital advertising promotions and intellectual property matters
- Handle complex legal matters that involve multiple jurisdictions ensuring compliance with local and international laws
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Bar admission is a plus
- Min. 8 years PQE in a toptier law firm and inhouse legal department with a strong focus on commercial and corporate law
- Demonstrated experience with multijurisdictional legal matters and the ability to ensure compliance with local and international
