Job Description
Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Position: Senior Legal Counsel
Sector: Pharma
Start Date: February 2025
Duration: 12 months
Utilization: 100%
Location: Basel
Salary: CHF
Tasks
- Serve Manage daytoday and complex legal matters in selected countries acting as lead counsel and coordinating with colleagues in Legal Affairs
- Draft negotiate advise on and review a variety of agreements including commercial contracts payor agreements sickfund agreements and healthcare compliance agreements with external stakeholders
- Provide legal guidance on digital healthcare tools for patients physicians and caregivers from development through marketing considering all legal and privacy aspects
- Assess and implement GDPR and local data privacy requirements ensuring adherence to all applicable laws
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Resident in Switzerland
- Min. 5 years of PQE within a pharmaceutical biotech or healthcare company
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Strong knowledge of global Healthcare Compliance standards and ethical business practices
