About NEWM
NEWM is building a communityowned Web3 music ecosystem designed to connect artists directly with their supporterseliminating middlemen and replacing them with transparent profitneutral code. Our mission is to empower artists to fully own and monetize their work while fostering a fairer music industry. To achieve this we are developing a multilevel platform powered by decentralized services that allow artists to publish distribute promote fund and launch their music independently. As an earlystage startup our dedicated team of 50 international members spans marketing finance technology development and design.

About the Role
Were seeking a Brand Manager to join our design/brand team fulltime. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the voice and vision of a revolutionary platform in the music and Web3 space. You will work closely with marketing design product and leadership teams to ensure a consistent valuesdriven brand experience across all touchpoints. This includes helping to make Web3 relatable for artists and fans while crafting an immersive and cohesive NEWMiverse.

Tasks

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that NEWMs core values are reflected in all company actions decisions and communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing to effectively communicate NEWMs mission and vision to our community.
  • Help bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3 making Web3 concepts relatable and engaging for artists and fans.
  • Work with our designers to create a clean consistent and compelling brand identity for both the community and internal team.
  • Contribute to developing the NEWMiverse ecosystem experience supporting product and leadership teams in defining and refining the vision.
  • Oversee brand representation across all channels including our website products and other externalfacing materials.

Requirements

  • A deeply ethical honest and empathetic personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments.
  • A visionary global perspective with a passion for creating coherent immersive branding.
  • Understanding of Web3 blockchain tokenomics and NFTs (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a concise and impactful style.
  • A strong visual imagination and keen attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivation with the ability to work independently prioritize effectively and selfassign tasks.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Preferably located in Central or Western Europe.
