Job Description
As an Accounts Associate you will be directly handling our bookkeeping clients. You will work closely with our existing customers and partners to create value for them and forge longlasting relations. To succeed in the role you will need to be selfdriven wellorganized ready to learn and resultoriented; ideally with B2C and B2B working experience in the FinTech arena.

Location: Onsite Bahria Town Phase 8 Islamabad
Compensation: 50000/ PKR

Tasks
- Work on Accounting Softwares like QuickBooks Online Xero and Zoho Books.
- Develop Charts of Accounts and Accounting Procedures and systems for new clients.
- Post entries shared by clients into their respective accounts in software on a daily basis.
- Ensure the accuracy of data entry.
- Review and process unpaid or pending accounts.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations.
- Monthly reporting to clients on agreed parameters.
- Analyze and maintain customer account activities.
- Coordinate with the manager to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work on Financial Model for Investment optimization customers.
Requirements
- Strong interest and a desire to pursue your career in Accounting & Finance
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to partner and influence across functions and levels.
- Strong quantitative and analytical problemsolving skills
- Doer in attitude and action; a selfstarter and a fast learner who isnt scared to ask questions and doesnt just accept the status quo
- Team player comfortable working in a fastpaced consulting style environment
