Job Description

Tasks

  • Provide technical support and assistance for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems software and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues by identifying problems and implementing solutions.
  • Document and track customer interactions issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system to ensure accurate records and followup.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues and to improve overall service delivery.
  • Educate users on basic technical tasks and best practices to prevent future issues and enhance user knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac OS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
