ABOUT THE ROLE:
Talon.One is a leading provider of promotion and loyalty automation solutions. Were seeking a Director of Business Development to lead our global sales development initiatives and drive our recently launched Allbound business development motion.
This role reports to our VP Marketing and offers flexibility with options to be based in Berlin (hybrid) or work remotely from London.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Build lead and scale a highperforming global Sales Development Representative (SDR) team
- Serve as the critical bridge between Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful pipeline conversion
- Drive predictable pipeline generation and close rates from both marketing and SDRgenerated opportunities
- Implement and maintain rigorous sales hygiene standards and processes
- Drive the execution of our Allbound business development strategy in partnership with VP Marketing
- Oversee earlystage selling and positioning of Talon.One solutions
- Design and execute innovative multichannel outreach strategies including:
- Digital campaigns
- Email sequences
- Cold calling programs
- Eventbased initiatives
- Custom marketing tactics
- Manage targeted outreach to accounts matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Coordinate with Marketing to leverage insights and use cases for tiered account targeting
- Optimize inbound lead management processes and ensure excellent first impressions for prospective customers
- Develop and track key performance metrics for the SDR team
- Serve as the public face and leader of the SDR organization setting performance standards and culture
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 7 years of B2B sales development experience with 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling highperforming SDR teams
- Experience with both inbound and outbound business development motions
- Strong understanding of sales operations and CRM management
- Excellence in earlystage selling and solution positioning
- Track record of successful collaboration with Marketing teams
- Experience in technology/SaaS sales development
- Demonstrated success in multichannel outreach campaign design
