Job Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer you will play a key role in designing implementing and testing data center technology components ensuring that the infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with crossfunctional teams to analyze infrastructure requirements and providing technical guidance. You will be involved in the design and deployment of solutions along with testing their reliability and performance. Additionally you will troubleshoot and resolve any infrastructurerelated issues while staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in infrastructure engineering.
- Actively participate in team discussions contributing insights and providing solutions to workrelated challenges.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze infrastructure requirements and identify needs.
- Design and implement data center technology components ensuring they meet operational needs.
- Conduct testing of infrastructure solutions to ensure their reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies applying relevant innovations to infrastructure projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructurerelated issues ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Handson experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its application in IT service management.
- Experience in incident management problem management change management and service catalog management processes.
- Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications.
GoodtoHave Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow Tools Administration.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively guide discussions and explain technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Collaborative mindset working well with crossfunctional teams.
- Completion of at least 15 years of fulltime education in a relevant field.
