Job Description
What Were Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with the skills passion and expertise to oversee the successful delivery of projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Position Summary
- Oversee project progress performance and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead project meetings including reporting on project status and assessing client satisfaction.
- Manage project schedules budgets and documentation with precision.
- Draft subcontracts and prepare purchase orders.
- Develop scopes of work and RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors.
- Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Supervise and provide oversight for supporting staff including interviewing training and delegating work.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Assistant Project Manager or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Construction Management and Design/Build contract delivery systems.
- Highly organized detailoriented and able to work systematically.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts blueprints project schedules and scopes of work.
- Proficient in MS Office Primavera P6 and ProCore or similar project management software.
