Hours: 8am 5pm Job Description: Performs complex analyses supporting the TUHS compensation program including job classification increase processing salary determinations survey completion the development and processing of total rewards and other related projects. Acts as a consultant to TUHS management on compensation and total rewards related issues. May advise management on job description preparation and department reorganizations. Provides functional direction and guidance to Compensation Analyst/s and other xx staff. Conducts other special projects as assigned. Acts as backup to section head as needed. Requirements: Education Bachelors Degree : in Business Human Resources or related field (Required) Masters Degree (Preferred) Experience 5 Years experience as a compensation professional. (Required) General Experience in healthcare (Preferred) License/Certifications CCP Cert Compensation Professional (Preferred) Pxx Prof in Human Resources (Preferred) SPxx Sr Prof in Human Resources (Preferred)
