Lab/Test Engineer (Automation Specialist)
Role Overview
- We are looking for a Lab/Test Engineer to support the development and automation infrastructure for testing nextgeneration hardware computing devices. This role is crucial in building and finetuning testing processes while maintaining lab operations.
- Join a highperforming team dedicated to building automation infrastructure and supporting nextgeneration computing devices. This role involves lab testing CI/CD integration and automation software refinement in a cuttingedge environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lab Testing: Run continuous integration and testing on hardware computing devices.
- Lab Management: Maintain lab equipment and manage accessories (20 30%).
- Automation Development: Finetune automation software and firmware projects (30%).
- Bug Triage: Identify and resolve bugs ensuring the functionality of automation software (20%).
- PostImplementation Validation: Validate and verify automation systems (20%).
- Collaborate with a highperforming team to shape the hadrware computing ecosystem.
Candidate Requirements:
Top 3 MustHave Skills:
- 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools or DevOps platforms.
- 3 years of experience with embedded firmware development.
- 3 years of lab management and maintenance experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors in computer science preferred but not required.
- Programming: Experience with C# C PowerShell scripts or SQL.
- Knowledge of software development cycles and quality assurance practices.
- Handson experience with lab equipment and software/hardware testing.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
