Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to lead a team of 56 accountants in Mumbai. This role focuses on managing compliance guiding junior accountants setting up systems for efficient work and maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience:
Min 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance & Finalization Ensure GST TDS TCS and Income Tax compliance; finalize books of accounts.
- Team Leadership Oversee junior accountants review work and establish efficient workflows.
- Client Management Meet clients to discuss new work and review ongoing projects.
- MIS & Reporting Prepare MIS reports and monitor reporting standards.
- Error Prevention Identify and address any financial errors or irregularities.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience in team management and client interaction
- Strong knowledge of GST TDS TCS and Income Tax
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
