Job Description
Infrastructure Engineer with TSPV clearance Canberra

IT Infrastructure:
- Provide technical expertise to support operational procedures.
- Contribute to planning and implementing infrastructure maintenance and updates.
- Implement changes and automate provisioning testing and deployment of infrastructure.
- Monitor performance using infrastructure tools and maintain operational procedures.
- Investigate and resolve issues providing improvement reports to stakeholders.

Problem Management:
- Investigate and resolve issues in systems processes and services.
- Assist in implementing remedies and preventative measures.

Programming/Software Development:
- Design code test and document simple programs/scripts using agreed standards and tools.
- Review and refine your own work to ensure quality outcomes.

Systems Design:
- Design system components using modelling techniques ensuring alignment with agreed architectures and standards.
- Evaluate design options and create detailed specifications to meet functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Prototype system components and review designs for improvement.

Systems Installation and Removal:
- Conduct or oversee complex system installations and deinstallations including client handovers.
- Develop and follow installation procedures and standards to maintain service quality.
- Schedule installation tasks based on client priorities and resource availability ensuring safety and quality compliance.
