Job Description

Project Manager

Location: Jersey City NJ (Hybrid Role)

Position Type: Contracting role

Duration: 18 Months

Pay Rate: $50/Hr on C2C

  • 7 years of proven experience serving as Project Manager Business Analyst and/or ScrumMaster role working with agile and traditional software development life cycle models
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or relevant experience in technology and/orthe insurance industry
  • Ability to lead small medium and possibly large project solutions with medium to high complexity; breakdown projects into tasks and define priorities.
  • Preferred working knowledge of Business Intelligence Platforms such as Power BI & ThoughtSpot and Data Warehouse Platforms such as RedShift Athena Snowflake
  • Selfmotivated individual with the ability to work independently take full ownership of projects and take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Resourceful and able to manage multiple projects at once and shifting priorities with limited supervision.
  • Strong and effective interpersonal communication (oral and written) and motivational skills within technical and function team members.
  • Must have Servant Leadership mentality with the ability to mentor other team members
  • PMP and CSM certification is a plus.
  • Experience with operational excellence and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma Lean) is a plus
