### Job Description: Audio Electronics Technician (PartTime)
**Location:** Chapel Hill NC or Pittsboro NC (with some remote work possible)
**Schedule:** PartTime flexible hours with potential for additional hours
**Compensation:** Hourly rate negotiable based on skills desire and experience
#### **About the Role**
We are seeking a technically minded individual with an interest in music and professional audio electronics to join our team. This role involves working on technical projects such as soldering audio signal flow setup and custom studio equipment builds.
#### **Key Responsibilities**
Perform basic soldering tasks for audio equipment assembly and repair.
Wire and repair microphone cables connectors and related components.
Work with audio signal flow systems and understand their setup.
Assist with productionlevel custom studio builds using highend equipment such as Solid State Logic (SSL) mixing desks and Neve channels.
Organize and manage tools components and workspace to maintain efficient project flow.
#### **Desired Skills and Qualifications**
Basic soldering and wiring experience (essential).
Understanding of audio signal flow and general audio systems.
Familiarity with professional audio equipment including voltage topologies mixing and summing techniques.
Organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Knowledge of highend audio brands like SSL and Neve is a plus.
Additional electronics or engineering knowledge related to audio systems is beneficial.
#### **Work Environment**
Primary work locations in Chapel Hill or Pittsboro NC.
Opportunity for some work to be performed remotely at your own workshop or space.
