Job Description

Ready to make an impact in Nigeria s retail sector We re looking for a Campaign Manager to lead exciting media campaigns that bring brands to life in supermarkets. From creative promotions to datadriven results you ll shape standout experiences and boost visibility. If youre a dynamic strategist with a passion for retail we want you on the team!

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive media campaigns that align with client objectives and enhance brand presence within supermarkets. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable media strategies.
  • Creative Development: Oversee the creation and execution of compelling instore advertisements and promotions including signage digital displays and pointofsale materials. Work closely with the creative team to ensure all content is onbrand and meets client expectations.
  • Media Execution: Manage the logistics of media placements within supermarkets ensuring optimal positioning and visibility. Coordinate with supermarket management to secure prime locations and handle any necessary adjustments.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools. Regularly review key metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations for improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance highlighting successes challenges and areas for improvement. Present findings to clients and stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Provide regular updates and manage expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior within the retail media space. Utilize insights to inform campaign strategies and recommend innovative approaches to clients.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Media Studies or related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 35 years in media campaign management especially in retail environments.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Media Knowledge: Familiarity with digital and traditional media especially instore retail media.
  • Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing campaign data and optimizing performance.
  • Creative Oversight: Skilled in developing and managing instore creative content.
  • Client Management: Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
  • Cultural Competence: Knowledge of the Nigerian retail market and consumer behavior.
