The Role
Develop and scale realtime voicetovoice translation pipelines. Manage latency using Google APIs. Ensure security CI/CD integration and code quality across Golang frameworks. Collaborate with inhouse teams.
- Designation: Sr Engineer (Golang Developer)
- Contract Duration: 2 Months
- Location: WFO Chennai(Hybrid) or Remote
- Working Time: Regular US overlaps
Requirements
Project Overview:
- The project involves realtime voicetovoice translation using Audio and SIP files which will need to be scaled to production.
- Its a simple pipeline setup focused on realtime processing with the key requirement being minimal delay.
- The primary challenge lies in managing latency especially when working with Google APIs.
Development Needs:
- The team requires 3 to 4 Golang developers for team augmentation targeting flexibility rather than a fixedfee Statement of Work (SoW).
- The anticipated engagement is 68 weeks.
Technical and Project Requirements:
- Security Standards: Developers must adhere to pen testing and multitenant standards.
- Task Scope: The team will likely be working on both new feature development and maintaining existing code.
- Tech Stack: Broad experience across various Golang frameworks libraries and tools is needed.
- Collaboration and Team Structure: Developers will primarily work with Shawn (CIO) and some inhouse developers.
- CI/CD: Code will be integrated into the CI/CD pipeline though additional details on version control and project management tools are needed.
- Quality Standards: Adherence to specific coding testing and documentation practices is required.
