Virtual Rockstar is looking for a fulltime Patient Liaison to provide essential support to our client s pediatric therapy clinic. This remote position is ideal for a highly organized compassionate and efficient individual who is passionate about helping children and families. As a Patient Liaison you will be a key part of our client s team helping to coordinate appointments maintain patient records and provide exceptional support to families and medical staff.

Responsibilities:
Confirm Patient Appointments: Verify appointments and ensure schedules are up to date.
Manage Appointment Calendar: Coordinate and manage therapists schedules ensuring optimal appointment flow.
Handle Patient Inquiries: Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email providing helpful information and assistance.
Maintain Patient Records: Ensure accurate and uptodate patient records in our electronic system.
Greet Patients & Provide Directions: Assist patients virtually and direct them to appropriate resources.
Coordinate with Medical Staff: Work with the therapy team to manage daily schedules and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Ensure Patient Privacy and Confidentiality: Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient information.
Coordinate Telehealth Appointments: Schedule and support virtual therapy sessions for patients.
FollowUp with Patients: Conduct postsession followup and checkins to ensure continuity of care.
Respond to FAQs: Address common patient questions and provide detailed information about services.
Handle Appointment Rescheduling: Manage changes to appointments and ensure patients are accommodated.
Send Personalized Communications: Communicate appointment reminders and other important details to patients.
Update Patient Files with Insurance Information: Ensure patient files are updated with correct insurance and billing details.
Data Entry & Reporting: Manage email correspondence enter data and generate basic reports as required.
Previous experience in a patientfacing or administrative role ideally in healthcare or a related field.
Experience with Fusion Web Clinic EMR and Google Workspace is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with patients in a compassionate and clear manner.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in handling sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
