We are seeking an experienced bilingual PreSales Solutions Architect to join our team in Japan. The role will focus on designing and delivering innovative solutions in the areas of Telecom Cloud and Security. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background effective communication skills in both Japanese and English and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for our clients
Roles and Responsibilities:
- We develop and design complex integrated solutions incorporating communications cloud and security technologies to meet our clients needs
- Lead technical discussions and presentations with clients to communicate value proposition in clearly both Japanese and English
- Work with the sales team to develop compelling proposals RFP responses and technical presentations
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers to understand their requirements and challenges
- Stay current on the latest trends and technologies in communications cloud and security and incorporate them into solution designs
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Represent at industry events and conferences to stay connected with the tech community
- Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure the feasibility of the proposed solutions and ensure they are aligned with capabilities
- Contribute to the development of reusable solution components and best practices
- Support the entire sales cycle from initial client engagement to closing
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field (Masters degree preferred)
- At least 8 years of experience in IT consulting or solution architecture with a focus on communications cloud and security sectors
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level or above. If Japanese is not your native language JLPT N2 or above. English TOEIC 850 or above)
- Possess advanced knowledge in the following fields:Telecommunications: 4G/5G Networks NFV (Network Function Virtualization) SDN (SoftwareDefined Networking)
- Cloud: Public (AWS Azure GCP) Private Hybrid Architectures
- Security: Network security cloud security IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Experience in presales activities and solution design for enterpriselevel companies
- Proven track record of winning complex transactions and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences
- Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Azure Solutions Architect CISSP etc.) would be an advantage
