Our client a highlyrated and trusted business in Allen Texas is seeking a talented Technical Developer to join their team. They are committed to innovation and operational excellence and are looking for someone to take their processes to the next level using Airtable and other advanced tools.
What You ll Do
As the Technical Developer you ll:
- Lead the design development and maintenance of customized Airtable systems to meet operational needs.
- Create advanced automations and workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Integrate Airtable with tools like Zapier PandaDocs HubSpot Miro and more for seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with teams to solve operational pain points and optimize workflows.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and track performance.
- Train staff and stakeholders to effectively utilize technical systems.
This is a handson role where you ll directly impact the organization s efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
What We re Looking For
- Proven experience in Airtable development and customization.
- Strong skills in automation tools like Zapier PandaDocs and HubSpot.
- Familiarity with nocode/lowcode platforms and API integrations.
- Excellent problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Commitment to longterm growth and stability in a dynamic role.
- Bonus: Bilingual (English and Spanish).
